Secret Fenkel looks the clear horse to beat after another placing and now gets a suitable staying trip. Benzino has been consistent and looks the main danger, especially if he rolls forward. Hopeful Cause and Blue Poles are both place chances at bigger odds.

Braveheart has been racing well this prep and gets every chance from barrier one. Winchman won well on a heavy track last start and should not be dismissed, while Throw It Back has been knocking on the door. Extreme Diamond resumes and is good enough to figure fresh.

Nepravda led all the way to win at Doomben last start and can give another strong sight. Hurricane Lu is drawn perfectly and has been consistent this campaign, while Odessa has the talent to bounce back. Esprit Du Jour is honest and can run into the money.

Crash The Party is short in the betting but looks very hard to beat dropping in grade. October Manifesto was strong late at the Gold Coast and can improve again, while Weekend Spirit resumes with gear changes. Had It All placed fresh here and can add value to exotics.

Automne Tree gets barrier one and the Chris Waller/Ryan Maloney combination, which makes him hard to overlook. Swag can improve second-up back in town, while Better Not Slip drops in grade and should be running on. Opetaia has been consistent enough to include at odds.
