Weasel Sea brings strong, consistent form with two placings from as many starts and looks ready to peak third-up. Done Leavy has been ultra-consistent in similar company and should be right in the finish again, while Boyd strips fitter after a solid first-up effort and gets blinkers reapplied. Zou Doll hasn’t shown much recently but any improvement with the gear change could see it surprise at odds.

A very even maiden where several runners bring similar profiles, making this a tricky race to assess. Pull My Finger has been knocking on the door with multiple placings this preparation and looks well placed to finally break through. Back Up Barbie showed good ability on debut and returns here after a break, suggesting natural improvement. Spirit Of Gaia hasn’t been far away and comes from a yard capable of producing winners in races like this, while Jumpin’ Jewellette continues to perform consistently and gets a favourable draw to be in the mix again.

A race lacking depth and exposed form, which opens the door for improvement from lightly raced or first-up runners. Discover Lupino made a promising debut when placing and should take benefit from that experience, especially from a favourable draw. Chloe First has been consistent this prep and the addition of blinkers could provide the improvement needed to go one better. Overcast is an interesting debutant drawn well and should be respected on stable confidence alone, while Best Terms returns from a spell after a strong trial win, indicating readiness for a forward showing.

A competitive staying maiden where a number of runners bring similar form lines, making it a genuine test of progression. Ireland’s Tears was solid last start when placing and looks to be building towards a win, especially from a stable that excels with these types. Panda’s Spectrum was narrowly beaten last time and from the inside draw should get every chance to go one better. Spietata didn’t fire fresh but can improve with race fitness and a gear change, while Enchanted Lass drops back to a more suitable level after placing last start and is capable of featuring again.

A well-matched handicap where tempo and positioning will be key factors over the mile. Pro Aussie has been racing consistently and looks ideally placed to strike here from a favourable map. Ryanman continues to hold form with multiple placings this prep and should again be around the mark. Cryptic Clue brings winning momentum into the race and cannot be ignored despite the rise in grade, while Tel Aviv represents a value runner from a strong stable capable of producing an upset.

Camp Cable has been competitive in recent runs and looks well suited dropping into this grade, especially with race fitness on its side. Freak Of Nature was narrowly beaten last start and stepping up in distance could suit perfectly. Bow Ribbon can improve sharply second-up after a plain return, while Miss Himalaya has been thereabouts without winning and could sneak into the finish again with the right run.

Diamond Indaruf has been competitive in similar company and maps well, while The Bantam can improve second-up with the blinkers coming off and shouldn’t be dismissed.
