Queanbeyan has seven races on Sunday, and the track is rated Soft 6. Horses with proven soft-track form get a boost, so we have marked them up where it matters. Prices had not been published for this meeting when we wrote these tips, so check the market before you bet.
Shaft Attack in Race 7 is our strongest bet of the day. Rocco Lini in Race 4 and Feedback in Race 6 are the next best. Race 5 is a weak maiden, so keep stakes small there.
Race 1 - Class 1 Handicap (1200m)
Selection: Melodia Perfecta
Melodia Perfecta has placed three times from four runs this campaign, including a second at Moruya last start. She should race close to the speed and is the most consistent runner here. The Adige can finish well from barrier 1 and gets another chance after a poor run. Azzucca has better form than her last run suggests.

Race 2 - Maiden Plate (1000m)
Selection: Forjori
Forjori resumes from a spell and drops a long way in class after finishing sixth at Rosehill. Barrier 1 gives him a good run along the rail. Highwire Artist placed fresh before a sixth at Canberra and is the main danger. Entirely Oak also drops back from city racing.

Race 3 - Fillies and Mares BM58 Handicap (1460m)
Selection: Rosary Sister
Rosary Sister won strongly at Nowra last start and has been improving with each run. Inna Zou has placed at every start this campaign and was narrowly beaten at Canberra when well backed, so she is the one to beat for the win. Casino Shaw should lead but carries extra weight.

Race 4 - BM74 Handicap (1600m)
Selection: Rocco Lini
Rocco Lini has won two of his five starts on soft ground, which is a big help on a Soft 6. He was third at Wagga last start and should be close to the lead. Miss Stalwart won at Moruya last start and comes from a good stable. Rileycat was second at Moruya on a soft track and has also won this campaign.

Race 5 - Maiden Handicap (1460m)
Selection: Aquilino
This is a weak race, so it is one to bet small on or leave alone. Aquilino was beaten a length into third at Canberra and has placed three times this campaign, which is the most reliable form here. Hellfighter was second at Moruya and has been running well since resuming. The Hard Road has an easy draw.

Race 6 - BM58 Handicap (1460m)
Selection: Feedback
Feedback has placed in all four starts at Queanbeyan and draws barrier 1. He was beaten at Canberra last time, but this track brings out his best. Cashbook should lead and could be hard to catch. Diamond Frost has won twice this campaign.

Race 7 - BM58 Handicap (1000m)
Selection: Shaft Attack
Shaft Attack is our best bet of the day. He has won twice at Queanbeyan, ran second at Canberra last start and draws barrier 1. Shoreman resumes after a 20-week break and drops back in trip. Travelon Dory also returns from a spell and should improve on his last run on soft ground.
