Rosehill has a strong ten-race card on Saturday, including the Hill Stakes, the Roman Consul and the Gloaming Stakes. The track is rated a Good 4.
Barrengarry in Race 3 is our strongest bet of the day. Headley Grange in the Alan Brown Stakes (Race 8) is our next best. Eliyass in the Hill Stakes is an each-way value play against the short-priced favourite.

Felix Majestic draws barrier 2 and should get a spot on the lead or just behind it. He placed at Warwick Farm last start and has been running well in metro races. Miss Spacegirl is the favourite and was only just beaten here first-up, so she is the main danger. Call Me Sassy won here last start but now draws wide.

Costalivin won at Goulburn last start and has started his career well. He has the speed to get a good position from barrier 3. Ocean Tsunami is the favourite after winning at Scone and returns from a short break. Magic Merlin has won three races this campaign and is another danger.

Race 3 - Kia Ora Bloodlines To Headlines Handicap (2000m)

Barrengarry is our best bet of the day. He has won his last two races at Randwick and has never lost when starting favourite. He also looks the class runner in this field. Anthracite should get the lead from barrier 1 and could be hard to catch. Starzintheireyes has placed in both runs this preparation.

Genesis Runner backs up seven days after just missing at Randwick and has the blinkers off. He has been very consistent this preparation. Proxima Dea has won all three starts this preparation and is the favourite, so she is the main danger. Wonka has won his last two at Randwick and is a good price.

Race 5 - Tapp-Craig Stakes (1400m)
Selection: Omolong Current odds: $8.00
Omolong was fifth here last start, but he has won every race he has started favourite in, and the Chris Waller stable has placed him well. At $8 he is the value in the race. Chuchichaschtli won his only start, at Warwick Farm, and is the favourite. Revengeance drops in grade after a sixth here.

Race 6 - Roman Consul Stakes (1200m)
Selection: Satono Glow Current odds: $2.70
Satono Glow won strongly first-up at Flemington and has since won a trial at Hawkesbury, so he looks ready to go. Paradoxium led and won at Flemington last start and draws barrier 1. He is a big danger if he gets an easy lead. Blessed Eagle has won or placed in all three starts.

Lindermann is the clear favourite at under $2, but we think there is more value in Eliyass. He won at Randwick three runs ago and was fourth there last start. Tim Clark rides. Lindermann has won more than once at Rosehill and should be on the speed, so he is the horse to beat. Militarize backs up seven days after a tenth at Randwick. Back Eliyass each way.

Adam Hyeronimus has won on him before. Gringotts has good form here and should improve after a fifth at Randwick. Linebacker placed in a recent Hawkesbury trial.

She’s An Artist only just missed at Randwick last start, has placed at both starts this campaign and draws well. Gerringong is the favourite first-up after a recent trial win, and nearly won first-up last preparation. Sylph placed first-up at Randwick and should be fitter.

Mercy Me was beaten as favourite here first-up, but she should be better second-up and has the speed to overcome her wide draw. Fierce won first-up in metro company and is the favourite. Lulumon ran a close second here last start and finishes strongly.
