Kilmore Horse Racing Analysis for Monday, May 4th


Kilmore hosts a 9-race card on a Heavy 9, where conditions will be key. The meeting builds nicely into the later BM56 handicaps, which look the main races and Top Selectionting opportunities. With the tough track favouring proven wet trackers and on-speed runners, there’s still good value across the card.

Kilmore (VIC) – Heavy 9

R1 – 1600m Maiden Plate

Heavy conditions will be key early and this looks a race where map and track ability matter most. Thunderbolt Way gets the perfect run from the inside and should handle the going, while Angel’s Gathering and Share The Pennies both bring wet-track form. Just Landed can settle off them and run on late.

Competitive maiden where fitness and conditions play a big role. Wanted Enuff looks well suited with the gear change and setup, Sparkling Award has shown ability at the jump-outs, while Miss Deceiver and Jasmina both bring strong claims fresh or on the quick backup.
