NRL Round 5 Tips
Thursday 2/4/26
8:00pm Dolphins vs Sea Eagles @ Kayo Stadium
Bet: Sea Eagles +11.5 ($1.90)
Manly look a different side this week despite the off-field noise, and big spreads are always dangerous in games like this. The Dolphins haven’t hit top gear yet, and while they should win, the line looks too wide. Expect the Sea Eagles to stay competitive and keep this within the number.

Friday 3/4/26
4:05pm Rabbitohs vs Bulldogs @ Accor Stadium
Bet: Rabbitohs ($2.00)
Souths return from the bye in a great spot against a Bulldogs side that struggled last week. The extra rest and preparation should give the Rabbitohs the edge, especially against a team lacking consistency. At even money, they present solid value.

8:00pm Panthers vs Storm @ CommBank Stadium
Bet: Panthers –7.5 ($1.90)
Penrith at home is a different challenge altogether. While Melbourne are always competitive, the Panthers’ structure and control should wear them down over 80 minutes. If they build early pressure, they can pull away late and cover the line.

Saturday 4/4/26
5:30pm Dragons vs Cowboys @ Jubilee Stadium
Bet: Cowboys ($1.85)
North Queensland are building nicely and come in with confidence after a strong win. The Dragons continue to struggle for consistency, and against a side with more momentum and attacking upside, the Cowboys look the better option.

7:35pm Titans vs Broncos @ Cbus Super Stadium
Bet: Broncos –13.5 ($1.90)
Brisbane have the firepower to dominate this matchup, especially against a Titans side that still looks vulnerable defensively. If the Broncos start fast, this could get away quickly and turn into a comfortable win.

Sunday 5/4/26
2:00pm Sharks vs Warriors @ Ocean Protect Stadium
Bet: Warriors +4.5 ($1.90)
The Warriors will be keen to respond after last week, and this shapes as a much tighter contest than the market suggests. Cronulla are solid but not dominant, and if the Warriors maintain intensity, they can push this deep into the game.
Lean: Warriors by 2
4:05pm Knights vs Raiders @ McDonald Jones Stadium
Bet: Raiders –3.5 ($1.90)
Canberra have been close without converting, but this looks a spot where they can break through. The Knights have been resilient, but the Raiders’ forward pack and attacking structure should give them the edge in a tight matchup.
Lean: Raiders by 6
Monday 6/4/26
4:05pm Eels vs Wests Tigers @ CommBank Stadium
Bet: Wests Tigers ($2.08)
The Tigers showed plenty of grit last week and can carry that momentum into this clash. Parramatta remain inconsistent, and if the Tigers bring the same defensive effort, they’re capable of another upset at value odds.
