Race 1 – TAB QTIS Two-Year-Old Handicap (1050m)

Charming Seahorse looks ready to improve after placing as favourite on debut at Mackay. That race experience should count for plenty in a field with several unknowns, and she comes from a stable that must be respected with young runners.

Race 5 – Burke In Style Menswear Ratings Band 0-55 Handicap (1050m)

Triple Spirit was dominant breaking through at Rockhampton last start and can go on with it here. The winkers go on for the first time, which may sharpen him further, and he looks well placed back over the short-course trip.

Race 8 – TAB Cup Carnival $20,000 Trainers Bonus BM58 Handicap (1200m)

Ten Carat Lucy went close as favourite at Rockhampton last start and gets another strong chance here. The Clinton Taylor yard must always be respected at this track, and she looks well suited in a BM58 with the right run.
