Incremental brings strong metro form into this country maiden and looks very hard to beat. He was solid at Kensington last start and should find this easier. Col Du Tourmalet maps well and has trialled since his latest run, while Pacific Mick can improve with blinkers on.

Tough As Stone was strong winning at Corowa and looks well placed to go on with it. Brass Monkeys is the obvious danger from barrier one, while Malinga Missile and Cool As Popeye can run into the placings. Tough As Stone looks one of the better bets on the card.

Race 3 – Killahy Equine Maiden Plate (1100m)
Divine Timing resumes after placing in all three career starts and finds a winnable race. Monocru should be hitting the line late, while Thronebound and Home Missile are both debutants from a strong stable who must be respected. Divine Timing has the race experience edge.

Race 4 – Goulpro Country Boosted Maiden Handicap (1300m)
Fortythreebeans was narrowly beaten as favourite at Wagga and looks a clear standout here. He has tactical speed, has been consistent this preparation and should prove very hard to run down. Reinczech is the main danger on debut, while Harlem Tickle can improve.

Think I’m Irish backs up quickly after a strong placing at Nowra and gets the perfect draw. Hinune can improve second-up at odds, while Sahara Splash has upside after winning first-up. Think I’m Irish looks well placed in an open race.
